UNIVERSITY CIRCLE / CASE WESTERN Reserve University
Fairmount Properties, in collaboration with University Circle Inc. and Case Western Reserve University, spearheaded a comprehensive renovation and re-merchandising of the University East building. Completed in spring 2004, this revitalized development seamlessly blends retail and residential spaces designed to meet the needs of graduate students and young professionals. The project introduced a diverse mix of specialty tenants and new dining options with outdoor seating, significantly enhancing the vibrancy and accessibility of the area at the gateway to the campuses of Case Western Reserve and University Hospitals.
